September 30th, 2019

Fall is by far my favourite season for riding. The air is cool & crisp, the bugs are gone, the colours start to turn and the dirt is extra tacky. Plus, after a season of riding under our belts, we tend to be at our fittest right around now and ready to take on some long, epic days in the saddle.

But as the temperatures drop and the days get shorter, getting out for a ride requires a bit more planning and proper gearing. Whether you’re hitting your local trails or heading out on a multi-day bike trip, here are our top 12 gear items that will have you spending more time outdoors and less time cursing the elements.

1. Giro D'Wool Merino Gloves - $34.95
