"It was truly epic.  I am born and raised in Toronto and I have never connected to this country like I did this past weekend.  Fernie is an amazing place for biking and when you partner it with a great Ride Guide it can create a life changing moments.    I had Sil for a ride guide and he was the main reason that ride went from good to great.  He set-up a ride that took us through the best that Fernie had to offer customizing the ride to meet our challenging requests.  Without Sil, I would not have the courage nor the capability to do what I did on that ride.  I am a better and happier rider thanks to Sil.

There was no way I could have expected such a great experience in BC. I mean, I knew it would be an adventure, but not as liberating as it turned out. It was likely the hardest and most gratifying thing I have ever done.

Not only did I experience the sights and trails of BC, I also was able to shed my fears and really go for it. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Eddy, your lead guide, is quite something for his young age. He works very hard, he is very attentive, always available and is part of the gang! The food was perfect. Kelly prepared us sumptuous breakfasts every morning, very healthy snacks and most of all always different. She is a great cook and a very nice person.

We rode some incredible trails in Fernie...thanks to Eddy that brought us to terrains we could really appreciate and enjoy - technical, fast and with breathtaking views. Fernie is such a great town with all these locals that have a fabulous way of living...bike, ski, chill! It makes us want to move in BC, as soon we convince our wives!

Home Lodge felt like we were in St-Sauveur but with a much better view...Lynda is so sweet and welcoming! She made us feel at home letting us use her kitchen for cooking, her CDs for ambiance and her hot tub to relax. She had dinner with the group and we had so much fun. We rode Toby Creek in Invermere, Canyon Creek and hiked Mount Seven to the top. Memorable!!!!!

We also hiked Little Beehive on a sunny 30 degrees...breathtaking views over Lake Louise and the glacier... We finished up with Jumping pound and Cox Hill....it was tough but worth the 360 degree view at the top. Everyone had the time of their lives!

Again, thanks for everything. We will miss BC and the sun that goes down at 10 PM over the Rockies."
